- Organizing the work with active customers;
- Development of relations with the customers;
- Regular monitoring of trade lanes and types of necessary logistic services of active customers;
- Ensure the quality of the services provided; information and advisory support of the customers from ICP, monitoring KPI fulfillment, provided for in the contracts with the customers;
- Organizing an operative work with the real customers of the Division (ensure 100% of requests are processed), informing the customers on cargo movement, maintaining the established forms of reporting on cargo movement;
- Monitoring timely updating of the data in CRM on the customers;
- Preparing price offer on quota/tender together with Sales Specialist and TL manager, alternative solutions development and provision within customers' requests
- Participation in negotiations with the customers.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service in logistics company;
- Knowledge of Polish, English and Russian;
- Basic knowledge about freight forwarding and transportation;
- Good level of negotiation and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of the market, including innovation;
- Self-motivation and energy;
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Full time employment contract;
